We are expanding our Data & Analytics team with a Digital Analyst.

The role
As a Digital Analyst at Vekst, you will play a key role in transforming marketing data into strategic insights. You will be supporting the full data lifecycle, from defining measurement plans and setting up tracking in Google Tag Manager to building reports and visualizing performance in Looker Studio.
Key responsibilities:
Define and implement analytics-, and measurement strategies.
Support and guide clients regarding infrastructure, KPIs, and methodologies for digital presence analysis.
Collect and manage data from multiple client sources to establish frameworks for analysis and visualization, such as through dashboards.
Create reports and analyze attribution across channels and platforms to drive positive growth in clients' digital presence and investments.
Work with tracking and data collection implementations.
Coach our team of 15+ performance marketing specialists on analytics topics.
About you
To succeed in this role, you thrive at the intersection of marketing strategy and digital infrastructure. You have a consultative mindset and a natural ability to turn complex data into a clear story that helps both clients and teammates make better decisions.
Requirements:
Experience in digital analytics, with a solid background in data analysis and reporting within the digital marketing space.
Proven experience in defining KPIs, setting goals, and establishing reporting structures.
Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reporting structures in Google Looker Studio or similar visualization tools.
Proficiency in web analytics and tracking tools, primarily Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or Piwik Pro is a major plus.
Experience connecting multiple marketing data sources (such as social media and search ads) using tools like Supermetrics or Funnel.io to automate data collection
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
