The role
Your mission is to help our clients achieve their digital business goals while identifying opportunities to improve their digital presence. In practice, this means working on overarching channel strategies, acting as a consultant in client projects, and planning, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns.
The projects you'll work on primarily focus on advertising through Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. However, nearly all projects include advertising on other platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft Advertising, or Pinterest. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll also handle the follow-up and analysis of campaigns you're involved in or leading.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various advertising platforms within paid social and/or paid search..
Actively analyze, identify improvement opportunities, and report on customer behavior and campaign outcomes.
Advise on optimization and strategies for clients' digital marketing investments.
Participate in client meetings, particularly startup-, and follow-up meetings.
Stay updated on industry trends, continuously develop your skills, and gain knowledge of new technologies and platforms.

Requirements:
Professional experience in digital marketing, with hands-on work in digital advertising.
In-depth knowledge of advertising on Meta and/or Google Ads is required; experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn, Tiktok, Snapchat is a big plus.
Experience in analyzing and tracking digital advertising performance using Google Analytics is required; familiarity with additional analytics tools is a plus.
Agency experience and/or working with multiple brands simultaneously is a bonus.
